Kids international, American Style
Mandy and I went to the San Mateo County fair on Friday night. It's basically like Kids International.
I remember One year at kids international, Arthur Bostrom appeared. You know, the policeman who spoke broken french in 'allo 'allo. Him and Timmy Mallet were pretty heavyweight celebs at the time. I lost count the number of times timmy mallet got told to Fuck off whilst he was walking around trying to play mallets mallet with people over the age of 13.
So the San Mateo county fair had....
Wait for it...
The Village People! I'm not sure whether they played that song they did with the German international football team, and I'm not even sure that any of them were ever in the original village people. But just to be within 100 yards of the biggest wedding throw down song ever, was a moment I'll never forget.
REO Speedwagon also played.

Did you do the dance?
REO speed wagon rock.
I do the YMCA dance in my dreams, whilst filing at work, any odd moment that strikes me.
