Telford Blog Posse

Great to see the Telford blog posse representing, in a area.

who are we waiting for to get on board?

walt, wee fella, Austin and bacon at least.

It's almost like I never have to come home again. I can sit at my desk with a pint of mild, get hammered, and reading your blogs is almost like a replacement for banter.

a poor substitute, I know, but in this digital age it's nice to know we can almost have a "Cyber Crown" All we need is a cyber kebab ye now. Do you think the fellas that work in kebab ye have blogs?

I dont like cats

Some cats are nice. I seem to remember fella having an agreeable pair of moggies. However, most cats are evil.

what did the 5 fingers say to the face?

SLAP!

I couldnt really take it much easier at work, most of the easy stuff I can palm off to someone else, which leaves me a metric ton of time to surf the net, make sure my bowels are regularly emptied, but any time the shit hits the fan, no one else has a clue what they are doing.

A customer comes in and asks to make 1000 photocopies, and they are completely stumped, they just um and ar, and then I have to get out of my chair. I dont like having to get out of my chair. I spent most of the day on friday wrestling with a folding machine. If you have ever used one of these machines, you'll really value the accuracy of your hands afterwards. That's if you still have your hands.

In other news, I sold my first guitar pedal this week to my good friend Allen Clapp from top popsters, The Orange Peels (not to be confused with the orange organics from pugwalls summer) http://www.theorangepeels.com Stav, you might really love them. Sunshine, california pop.

I also just finished making my first synthesiser, very difficult to control, sounds like a theremin on steroids. Making it work makes you look like a prick, you have to wave your hands over some light dependent resistors, and it makes all manner of Atari based noises. These will be available for purchase at a mere cost of probably 30 dollars, sound fair for sonic chaos? Anyone interested?

I made some big steps to changing my career. I went to a media mixer and got to hob nob with some local media glitterati. Whilst there I was introduced to the director of video at Stanford University, and she wants me to do some free lance video editing! I cant wait to write to my Mum and tell her I might be working for one of the most prestigous universities in the world ( I thought it was Huddersfield uni!) I wonder if Carlton Banks is really an alumni there?
